With approximately 18 thousand users in Brazil, Refriplay, an application aimed at refrigeration and air conditioning professionals, intends to professionalize the work through intelligence tools. The application connects mechanics, technicians, brands and, soon, the end consumer. Currently, Brazil has around 500,000 professionals directly or indirectly involved in the refrigeration and air conditioning area.

The Refriplay application allows the user to manage day-to-day bureaucratic issues, such as budget control, error checking and customer history, for free and with just one click.

“Refriplay's goal is to be the only free application with tools for professionalization segmented 100% aimed at refrigeration professionals. The application was created to bring together all refrigeration professionals on a single platform, taking information and tools for the professionalization of the technician, generating credibility and a standard for all work through intelligence tools”, commented the marketing director of Refriplay, Danilo Delipe. “Our objective is to ensure that refrigeration professionals have a standard of work and that we are able to draw attention to the regulation of the profession”, he adds.

Delipe also explains the facilities that the application brings to the professional's life through these intelligence tools. “Refriplay facilitates the work of the technician in the field, simplifying his life when making a budget, consulting an error, making a maintenance plan and air control of the device, finding professionals nearby and if you have any questions, ask for help on the platform and still have the advice of experts in the field available to help when necessary”.

The application emerged in an attempt to understand the refrigeration market in the period of crisis that Brazil has been through in recent years. “The idea of having an app for refrigeration professionals was at the height of the crisis in Brazil, I have an industry and manufacture parts for automakers and retailers in this segment. At the height of the crisis, my sales dropped a lot and I wanted to understand why technicians chose to buy cheaper and poor quality products for minimal price differences. And as my network has always been b2b, I decided to create a platform to communicate with the b2c technician and understand their behavior and the reasons they had to buy low quality products”, explains Rafael Macari, idealist and CEO of Refriplay.

The platform will also open space for sponsors to promote products, services and content related to the segment. Once inside the application, the division is by states, segmenting users according to the region where the registered professionals work. Refriplay can be downloaded to the systems Android and iOS.
