the publisher Dotemu and the developer Tribute Games, in partnership with Nickelodeon, announced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge for PC and consoles, a thrilling side-scrolling beat-em-up directly inspired by classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time

The game brings back LeonardoRaphaelMichelangelo and Donatello to kick hooves in a stunning pixel art world that evokes all the design glory of the original 1987 Turtles. The announcement trailer perfectly epitomizes the heroes' radical attitude as they leap, slam and splash their way through Manhattan to the sound of the powerful voice of Mike Patton of Faith No More in an explosive interpretation of the theme song that marked generations.

With Bebop and Rocksteady amassing contraptions to support Krang and Shredder's latest scheme, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge finds the Turtles battling in iconic settings from the TMNT universe, then thwarts their enemies' most diabolical plan.

Armed with shocking new abilities built on a foundation of classic "street brawl" game mechanics, the gang is back and about to embark on a thrilling and spectacular adventure that will take them from the sewers and bustling neighborhoods of New York City to the X dimension.

The game does not yet have a scheduled release date, but you can already have a taste with images and videos on Steam.
