Written by award-winning author Julian Fellowes and based on the bestselling novel of the same name, the period series Belgravia debut exclusively on Globoplay this Friday the 13th.

Interspersed with the intrigue and scandals of 19th century British society and set in a period of strengthening the commercial and industrial class, the story begins on the eve of the Battle of Waterloo when the rising social Trenchard family accepts an invitation to a ball held by the Duchess of Richmond. Decades later, the events and secrets of that fateful night continue to echo in Belgravia.

Fellowes' new story is based on historical facts, such as the conflict between the English and Napoleon Bonaparte's army in 1815, at the so-called Battle of Waterloo. the dance of Duchess of Richmond it was an event that actually happened.
