After almost freezing his entire kingdom and ending with one of the best endings that Disney can provide, Elza and company are back! At least now in Disney +. Frozen 2 was originally released on November 27, 2019 and as the first feature, it was very successful.

In Frozen 2, we can learn a little more about the childhood of Elsa and Anna, where the two girls discover a story of their father, when he was still prince of Arendelle. He tells the girls the story of a visit to the forest of the elements, where an unexpected event would have caused the city's inhabitants to separate with the four fundamental elements: air, fire, earth and water. This revelation helps Elsa to understand the source of her powers.

From this story, the whole adventure takes a new direction, presenting a new origin story for the characters, in addition to concluding what was left only implied as the ending between Anna and Kristoff.

The script is very clever, showing that a sequence was more than welcome, not just a continuation to make money, with a meaningless plot and totally forgettable songs.

And speaking of tracks, this time it's time for Anna to sing and just like Elsa in the first film, to dialogue with her theme song the real feeling and social criticism that this animation can tell. It is not just a letter, but a content full of emotion.

The empathy created in Frozen, only increases in the second animation. We feel anger, fear and mainly bite our nails with all the events between the sisters. And as always, this is their story. A real feature film that shows women as protagonists without needing a prince to save the kingdom.

This is one of the biggest assets of Frozen 2, continue the legacy of the first and increase it to another level, being an animation made for girls and mainly boys, because this is a story that shows how much lies, hypocrisy and racism can affect anyone and mainly bring serious consequences in the future.

Frozen 2 is available on Disney +.
