Disney releases new trailer for Raya and the Last Dragon

The Walt Disney Animation Studios internationally released a new trailer, poster and unpublished images of Raya and the Last Dragon, new animation that presents Kelly Marie Tran as the original voice of the warrior Raya, in the English version.

They complete the cast of voice actors Awkwafina, like the legendary female dragon Sisu; Gemma Chann like Namaari, Raya's nemesis; Daniel Dae Kim like Benja, Raya's visionary father; Sandra Oh like Virana, Namaari's powerful mother; Benedict Wong like Tong, a fearsome giant; Izaac Wang as Boun, a 10-year-old entrepreneur; Thalia Tran like the spiky little Noi; Alan Tudyk like Tuk Tuk, Raya's best friend and faithful squire; Lucille Soong like Dang Hu, leader of the lands of Talón; Patti Harrison as the head of the lands of Cola; and Ross Butler as the leader of the Columna lands.

Raya and the Last Dragon is the first Disney film to have simultaneous release in theaters and the Disney + with Premier Access, which expands consumer options, giving you the possibility to choose how and where to enjoy the new launch. With the Premier Access option, which will be available for a limited time for a single price, Disney + subscribers will be able to watch the movie as many times as they want, on their favorite devices, starting on March 5th.

The price of early access for Raya and the Last Dragon through Premier Access on Disney + will be announced shortly, expressed in local currency, in countries where the Disney + subscription is paid in local currency.

Raya and the Last Dragon, from Walt Disney Animation Studios, presents a fantastic journey to the kingdom of Kumandra, where humans and dragons lived together in harmony, until sinister monsters, known as Drunn, threatened the world and dragons had to sacrifice themselves to save humanity. 500 years later, these same monsters have returned, and humanity depends on an independent warrior named Raya to find the last dragon and stop the Druuns forever. Along the way, Raya will learn that it takes more than dragon magic to save the world - it also takes confidence.

The film is directed by Don Hall and Carlos López Estrada, with Paul Briggs and John Ripa as co-directors. Osnat Shurer and Peter Del Vecho are the producers and Thu Nguyen and Adele Lim are the writers of the project.

Raya and the Last Dragon will hit theaters * and Disney + with Premier Access on March 5 across Latin America.

* The premiere in cinemas will be subject to the opening of the cinemas in accordance with the local regulations of each country.
