Editora Panini lança título inédito do selo DC Vertigo 1At a time when women are not seen as possible leaders of big business, three wives of powerful Irish mafiosi take over business in Hell's Kitchen after their husbands are arrested by the authorities. With totally different peculiarities, secrets and temperaments, they remain firm in the face of the only objective: to keep the family business safe. But as the business expands, Kath, Raven and Angie do not imagine becoming so good in the business, to the point of attracting the attention of other great Mafia villains who also operate in Manhattan. A conflict with the upper echelons of the mafia proves to be inevitable. How will these three women deal with this? Bringing together the eight editions of the original miniseries produced by Ollie Masters, Ming Doyle and Jordie Bellaire, The Kitchen: Queens of Crime portrays an era from New York's past and sheds light on the ambitions that fueled the rise of the famous city.

The publication is scheduled to launch on August 1, with availability for sale to the public in the main bookstores and newsstands across the country, and on the Panini website (www.loja.panini.com.br), by R$ 27.90.
