Latin America Under Fire Challenge, the original competition of History, which brings together eight competitors from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, opens on October 16.

In eight episodes, the production is presented by Colombian actor and presenter Juan Pablo Llano, who, together with a demanding jury, have the difficult mission, week after week, to announce the eliminations and crown the winner.

They are not just knives ”, says Tom Silva, the Brazilian representative in Latin America Under Fire Challenge. Competing for a prize of ten thousand dollars, the participants will have to face each episode the high temperatures of the forges and demonstrate their skills to replicate traditional and exotic weapons, which will be thoroughly evaluated by the demanding jury formed by the Mexican Antonio De Regil and the Argentine Mariano Gugliotta . Undoubtedly, a competition that requires a lot of strength, dexterity and imagination, to become the best forger on the continent.

Reinforcing the franchise, the History debut Fire Challenge: Life or Cut (Forged in Fire: Knife or Death), on October 25th - new competition in which, in addition to forging knives and swords, participants will have to meet challenges using their weapons. At the debut episode, Bowie Poplar Knife, the first four participants, Victor, Azael, Patricio and Tom must recreate a Bowie knife. With only ten minutes to draw and six hours to forge, these blacksmiths have a lot at stake. At the end of each stage, they will be evaluated by the two specialists Mariano Gugliotta and Antonio de Regil.
