The God of Cheating's first solo adventure will take place in a new and definitely weird place. Is that Loki, new original series from Marvel Studios scheduled to premiere on June 9 at Disney +, takes the dear villain to TVA's facilities, the Time Variance Authority (Time Variance Authority).

With an air of public office, the place has uniformed employees – some even dressed in social clothes and ties – and well-cleaned, not to mention very focused on their specific functions. And among the typical visual elements of an office, there are workstations with desks, paperwork, unifiles, elevators, computers, receptionist, security guards and others.

However, this description only applies to the TVA's physical stereotype, which in itself causes a certain strangeness, considering its disparity with the universe that Loki inhabits. But the question that does not want to remain silent is: what is this force of authority really for?

In the plot, the force is a bureaucratic organization responsible for maintaining the order of time and space. Basically, they can predetermine what happens in the past, present and future and keep an eye on those who play with time travel. If anything is done to alter history or the course of the future, the TVA will prosecute the accused as a criminal of the time, and he will be tried.

And that's exactly why Loki ends up there! In his latest appearances on the MCU (Marvel Cinematographic Universe), he broke many restrictions and caught the attention of agents, who quickly took action. In the most recent, which was in the feature Avengers: Endgame (2019), Loki steals the Tesseract again, and this is the starting point for him being taken to TVA.

TVA first appeared in the comics of Thor in the 1980s. At that time, the force was presented as an authority whose aim was to keep the multiverse in order, as well as its timelines. However, the organ was only secondary in the short stories, and now it gains protagonist status.

Besides Tom Hiddleston, which brings Loki to life, are in the series' cast stars like Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant. The director is Kate Herron, and the script was signed by Michael Waldron

Loki premieres on June 9th, only on Disney+.
