The second season of the acclaimed Max Original series Made For Love returns to the streaming platform with the premiere of two new episodes on Thursday, April 28. Each week double episodes will be available, concluding the season on May 19.
Based on the novel by Alissa Nutting, Made For Love is a gripping story of modern love and divorce. The first season follows Hazel Green (Cristin Milioti), a woman in her mid-30s who flees a stifling ten-year marriage to billionaire technical Byron Gogol (Billy Magnussen), who is as smart as he is unbearable. After discovering that her husband implanted a surveillance device - the Made for Love chip - into his brain, allowing him to track, monitor and collect her "emotional data", Hazel fled to her remote hometown in search of refuge with her husband. father Herbert (Ray Romano) and his synthetic partner, Diane. In season two, to save her father's life, Hazel returns to the Hub, Byron's high-tech palace. However, upon entering, both she and Byron are trapped by Gogol's revolutionary (and dangerous) new technology.
The second season cast includes Cristin Milioti like Hazel Green, Billy Magnussen like Byron Gogol, Ray Romano like Herbert Green, Dan Bakkendahl like Herringbone, Noma Dumezweni like Fiffany, Caleb Foote like Bennett and Sarunas J. Jackson like Jay.
