The publisher Panini brings more news for this year and has just announced three new titles, scheduled for March: Beastars #1, Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san #1 and My Brother's Husband #1. The titles join the Dragon Ball Ultimate, Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire and Radiant manga, previously released and scheduled for the same month.
In addition to scheduling several publications for the new year, all the first editions of the manga that will be launched by Panini will come with a special gift for readers. Wotakoi, manga scheduled for February, will be the first title to come with an exclusive gift from the publisher to please the public.
Among the three new features announced, Beastars brings a world populated by anthropomorphic animals, herbivores and carnivores that live together. The legosi wolf, main character in the story and member of the Cherryton School theater club, despite his frightening appearance, has a gentle heart, but for much of his life he was the object of fear and hatred among other animals. Legosi ends up becoming more involved with his classmates, who have their own insecurities, and sees his school life slowly change. The title is in progress in Japan with 11 editions and in Brazil it will be bimonthly.
In Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san, Kogarashi Fuyuzora he is a hands-on medium. Since the day he was possessed by an evil spirit, he has been mired in debt. In search of a cheap room to rent, he ends up in a haunted inn, Pousada Yuragi, where only girls live. Among the residents is Yuuna, a ghost unable to advance to the spirit world. Despite the protests from the tenants, Kogarashi ends up starting his new life at Pousada Yuragi. The publication will also be bimonthly and is in progress in Japan with 17 editions.
Lastly, My Brother's Husband presents the story of Yaichi, Kana and Mike. 10 years ago, Yaichi's twin brother moved to Canada and married Mike. But he dies and Mike arrives in Japan to meet Yaichi and his daughter Kana. The manga covers the parental relationships and cultural differences of this family. Complete in Japan in 4 editions, the title will be published in Brazil in 2 in 1 format, totaling two volumes with bimonthly periodicity.
