Punisher Max: Frank is the new Panini that brings together the editions Punisher Max 12 to 16, published in the USA in 2011. The seal MAX Comics is the adult line of Marvel Comics.

Punisher Max: Frank takes place after the Punisher's fight with the Mercenary. Frank Castle ends up in prison, where most of his cellmates are there because of him and therefore want to be responsible for his death. It turns out that Castle has created such a reputation that few have the courage to face it. At the same time, we know more deeply the past of Frank Castle, 36 years ago, when he left Vietnam. We found out that his return home was not as good as expected and Frank was already a man completely changed by the War.

The roadmap for Jason Aaron it is simply sensational, he manages to mix drama and action, without skipping Frank's internal conflicts. Aaron really manages to give us the character's grief. His narrative speculates whether Castle was no longer the dark man we met before losing his family, while showing us his internal battle to decide whether he still has the desire to live.

Justiceiro

In partnership with Aaron we have the incredible traits of Steve Dillion. Dillon is one of my favorite designers, the detailed way of his illustrations makes his work very realistic and this is a big difference in such a story. In addition to the blood details that seem to exist in all the scenes, Dillon is careful to mark Frank's face according to his emotions, it is amazing how he manages to convey the character's feeling only with the drawing of his face. The Flashbacks from the past require Castle's constant rejuvenation and aging, a task that Steve Dillion managed to complete without any difficulty.

Frank Castle

At HQ's aimed at the adult audience of Marvel are great and the Punisher is one of their best characters. With a plot deeply exploring the psychological of the marine, Punisher Max: Frank is a sensational magazine, practically mandatory in every bookshelf of Marvel readers.
