SalvoVidas.com facilitates the access of blood donors to blood centers with an app developed by Compasso

Compasso, a Brazilian technology company, supported the social project SalvoVidas.com, from startup saveLivez, in the development of an application to connect blood donors to blood centers throughout Brazil. The project was carried out free of charge and experimentally by the students of the company's training program and will soon be available for download on iOS, Android devices and will also be accessible via the Web. 

The SalvoVidas.com application, a website maintained by the startup, aims to avoid the lack and waste of blood, combining technologies and data science to engage donors according to demand by blood type. O app It has features such as searching for blood centers by location, scheduling, donation history, integration with social networks, among others. The idea is to facilitate interaction between potential donors and registered blood centers. 

SaveLivez uses intelligent data analysis to help save lives and provide people with a better experience accessing healthcare, while helping healthcare businesses and organizations better communicate with their customers and users. “With the help of Compasso, we will be able to facilitate an even greater integration between donors and blood centers, through the SalvoVidas.com application, helping to meet the demands and bringing us even closer to our goal of ending the lack of blood in the Brazil by 2030," said Rafael Ok, founder of SalvoVidas.com.

The project was delivered by Compasso in just three months, between conception and complete structuring, thanks to the use of agile methodologies – such as Scrum – and accelerators created by Mobile Apps Innovation Studio.

Based on the needs of SalvoVidas.com, we worked on developing the entire structure of the application to deliver with agility and state-of-the-art technology all the functions necessary for them to succeed with donors and blood centers.”, commented Alexis Rockenbach, COO of Compasso.
