The ninth year of The Walking Dead series had its first promotional teaser screened during its panel at the San Diego Comic Con 2018. The label promised that the full trailer will be unveiled this Friday (20), shortly after the AMC event, of the show at the international conference.
According to Robert Kirkman, creator of the show, the ninth season will be the last of the protagonist Andrew Lincoln and Lauren Cohan and will have a special participation of Jon Bernthal, interpreter of the character Shane, who died in the second season. This proves that all the features to keep the show in the air, is running out every season.
To counter this crisis, actor Dan Fogler, Jacob Kowalski of J.K Rowling‘s new Wizarding World franchise, Fantastic Beasts, has been cast to reinforce the new season, but so far no information on the actor’s character has been released. The Walking Dead returns yet in 2018, however, with no set date.
