The Wargaming, developer and publisher of successful naval combat games, World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends, reveals that it raised US$ 129,757 for the Save the Children through the 24-hour charity live stream. As part of the ongoing partnership between the company and the global humanitarian organization, the event held on the official World of Warships channel on Twitch was packed with dozens of activities, including Twitch drops, relaxed challenges, special guests and games. Funds were also raised from sales of the Christmas Charity Package, which Wargaming matched dollar for dollar.

The live stream brought together rare ship auctions and in-game giveaways open to public participation, alongside interactive games and quizzes, as well as action-packed sea battles. The event was organized by a rotation between the World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends team, which went through a series of comedy challenges, all in the name of charity. During the broadcast, World of Warships players donated over US$ 45,000 directly which, including the charity packages, was matched by Wargaming with an equal donation.
