After years of battle and frustrated attempts with Warner, thanks to the magic of the internet and a project on kickstarter, the movie of the series Veronica Mars finally aired, to the joy of marshmallows that followed the 3 seasons of the series and now could finally see an end to it.
The plot takes place 10 years after the “final” events of the series. Veronica (Kristen Bell) is now in New York and is applying for a position at a renowned law firm. A murder charge involving her ex-boyfriend Logan (Jason Dohring) takes Veronica back to Neptune in an attempt to help him. And so we're back to the old premise of the series, with the familiar story of Logan being accused of murder, even though this time it's from another girlfriend, and Veronica using her detective skills to help him. The relationship between the Mars (Keith Mars, interpreted by Enrico Colantoni) is also the same one fans were used to seeing in the series. Rob Thomas, even with the daughter being away for a while.

Max Greenfield and Krysten Ritter, which are the actors who participated in Veronica Mars most recently seen on television, also participate in the film.
Veronica Mars – The Movie it's wonderful for fans to kill the longing and plug the hole that was left when the series was canceled without even a foretaste of the end. It pleases, even with its limited budget and shows that it was made with great care, but still leaves some loose ends that could have been tied.
