The Winchesters | First episode brings nostalgia and relief to fans

After 15 years on the road showing Dean and Sam in several battles against evil, debuted in the US the prequel The Winchesters, introducing how the duo's parents met and John ended up becoming a hunter, in addition to fans getting to know a little more about Mary and her hunter side.

The first episode proved to be light and somewhat reminiscent of the original series pilot, when Dean goes in search of Sam (Jared Padalecki) to find their father. He's cheerful and outgoing and a great comic relief for the series. by your side is latika (Nida Khurshid), a new hunter who carries the nervousness of the beginning and the excitement of victories. In this pilot episode (the name of the episode is Pilot Episode), the adventure is much faster and lighter, unlike the first season of Supernatural.

With a fast, dynamic tone and without as many emotions as fans were used to, the episode is good, working well as a closed plot, without the need to have watched the original series. Obviously, there's a lot of Supernatural, in elements big and small, that everyone who's seen it will understand.

The Winchesters it's a relief for the fans, because the production team knew how to work these elements, the colors of the series that remind the photography of the initial seasons of Supernatural. If it continues like this, it shouldn't mess with the Supernatural timeline. There is also that desire to know if characters as dear as Bob Singer may appear, along with certain demons such as Crowley.
